TERRITORY HOLDINGS
§ 01THE REGISTRY19 TERRITORIES

An atlas of nineteen territories.

Territory Holdings is not building interchangeable marketplaces with different photographs and nouns. It is building a portfolio of specialized access systems for distinct outdoor communities — each conceived at the seriousness of AnglerPass, the platform that set the standard.

Every territory, in registry order.

Showing 19 of 19 territories.

§ 03THE TERRITORY STANDARD09 LAYERS

Related without being duplicated.

Every platform is built toward the same nine layers, adapted to its category. Territory Holdings supplies the trust architecture, payments, and design quality; each territory supplies its own culture.

Discovery

A cinematic, map-centered way to find places, hosts, and programs by geography, season, activity, and availability.

Verified access

Identity, applications, certifications, licenses, host approval, rules acknowledgement, waivers, and access records.

Host and operator software

A role-specific operating system for landowners, clubs, outfitters, instructors, and venue managers — inventory to payouts.

Participant experience

One dashboard for memberships, reservations, documents, conditions, and a verified history across the network.

Territory intelligence

A category-specific AI concierge grounded in real inventory and host knowledge — recommending what can actually be booked.

Trust, safety, and documentation

Waivers, releases, boundaries, check-in and check-out, incident reporting, and auditable access history.

Payments and economics

Memberships, day fees, deposits, subscriptions, payouts, and financial reporting — designed for each category's transactions.

Community and reputation

Durable reputation through verified participation, endorsements, training, and incident-free history — not reviews alone.

Stewardship

Capacity controls, seasonal closures, habitat protection, and restoration contributions designed into the operating model.

§ 04PORTFOLIO CONNECTIONSONE NETWORK

One ranch. Nine doors. Each with its own rules, calendar, and community.

A single property may participate in several territories without becoming a generic listing — fly fishing through AnglerPass, hunting through HunterPass, riding through RanchPass, campsites through CampPass, lodging through LodgePass. Each use keeps its own documentation, pricing, and operating workflow, on shared identity, payments, and stewardship infrastructure.

Supply compounding

One trusted landowner relationship can responsibly open several forms of access.

Demand compounding

A participant acquired through one territory discovers adjacent experiences across the portfolio.

Data compounding

Property, condition, reputation, and preference data improve matching across the network.

§ 05STEWARDSHIPONE PERCENT

One percent of every Territory platform's profits goes to land, water, and habitat conservation.
