Territory Holdings is the parent company and investment entity. AnglerPass is the first platform it has built and operates — a private-water access marketplace for fly fishing clubs, landowners, guides, and anglers. It is the market wedge and proof of concept, not the whole company: investors invest in Territory Holdings, not in AnglerPass directly.

AnglerPass is the first of a planned portfolio of category-specific outdoor access platforms. Future concepts span hunting, camping, ranch, trail, and other private-land and private-water access categories — surveyed and held under one parent so the company can build each vertical deliberately.

Each outdoor access category — water, land, hunting, lodging — has its own operators, etiquette, and workflows. Territory Holdings builds vertical, category-native platforms under one parent so that infrastructure, trust, and stewardship compound across the portfolio over a long horizon, rather than being rebuilt from scratch for each new category.

Access carries an obligation to the places it opens. Every Territory Holdings platform commits one percent of its profits to land, water, and habitat conservation — a standing part of the model, not a campaign.
